We may collect your name and contact details, appointment information, payment details and information you choose to share about your health, well-being, lifestyle and coaching goals.

Please only share information that is relevant to your coaching support.

We use your information to provide and personalise coaching, manage appointments, communicate with you, process payments, maintain appropriate records and support your safety where necessary.

Health information is treated with appropriate care and confidentiality. Our lawful bases for processing personal data are the performance of a contract (to deliver your coaching sessions) and, where applicable, your explicit consent (for processing health and well-being notes)

How We Protect Your Information

We use appropriate security measures and trusted services, such as Google Workspace and vault to securely store information, Google Calendar for appointments and Stripe for payments. These services have their own privacy policies and security arrangements.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Sharing Your Information

We only share information where necessary to provide our services, where you have given permission, where we are legally required to do so, or where there is a serious safety concern.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary and in line with legal, professional and insurance requirements. Client records are retained for 7 years after your last contact.

Your Rights

You have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to access, correct or request deletion of your information where applicable.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you have concerns about how your information is being handled.
