Terms & Conditions

Financial Investment

Taking time to reflect and think deeply is a valuable part of your personal growth. Payment for each session or a series of sessions is requested in advance, through Stripe payment. If this isn’t possible for any reason, please reach out in advance, so we can find a solution that works for you. In the unlikely event a session cannot proceed as planned, a full refund will be issued if adequate notice is given.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a session, please give as much notice as you can. Any payments already made can be applied to a future session or refunded within 7 working days. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a fee of up to 50% of the session cost may apply, as late cancellations can prevent others from accessing this time.

Health & Well-being Coaching Disclaimer

We are registered nurses, regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the United Kingdom. Through our health coaching service, we provide general well-being, lifestyle and behaviour change support within our professional scope of practice and level of competence.

The information provided on this website and through our coaching services is intended for general informational and educational purposes. It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for assessment, diagnosis, treatment or advice from your GP, registered nurse or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Our health coaching service is not a medical or emergency service and is not intended to replace your existing healthcare. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or recommend that you start, stop or alter prescribed medication or other medical treatment.

If you have concerns about your health, symptoms or a medical condition, you should seek advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
